Overview

Summary: Prepares / reviews pricing estimates and creates complex program baselines and program analysis for the Business Unit (BU), financial and accounting analysis including the review, analysis, interpretation and/or evaluation of budgets, cost, pricing, etc. Performs a variety of financial activities, including accounting, financial analysis, audit, tax, credit and collections. Develops and evaluates financial plans and policies. Establishes and maintains accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.

Basic Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree
- 8-10 years' experience required in a relevant function
- OR equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
- MBA highly desired
- Accounting/cost estimating work experience related to program control, program finance/accounting and/or pricing of government and commercial contracts
- Proficient in ProPricer
- Integrated Program Manager (IPM)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
- Knowledge of financial management principles, program planning, Earned Value (EV) reporting for government contracts, budgeting and practices
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Physical Demands:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time
