Summarizes monthly audit reports, including Mock codes, Nursing Assignments, Hand Hygiene, 1:1, Q15, Close Observation, Constant Observations, and documentation of findings related to Full Body Restraints, Handcuff and Shackles, and 2pt restraints. Analyzes documentation and writes monthly reports for Nursing BH Dept., Risk Management, and Quality Management.

• Bachelor Degree

• Three years of experience
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Knowledge of and ability to perform statistical collection & analysis
• Competence in word processing and spreadsheets
• Knowledge of database use helpful

Shift can be 8:30 am - 4:30 pm or 9:00 - 5:00 pm Monday- Friday assignment
