VP of QHSE

1. Dissemination of guidelines, procedures, and models defined within the Group's QHSE scope, ensuring their correct application by the Group's Operational Units.
2. Dissemination and sharing of tools identified in the Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and HSE fields, ensuring their implementation in all the Group's Operational Units, in compliance with reference regulations, standards, and defined policies.
3. Definition of continuous improvement strategies based on performance analysis and reporting. In case of deviations and non-conformities, identification of causes and preparation of appropriate corrective actions in coordination with the relevant Organizational Unit representatives.
4. Definition and management of the activity plan for obtaining and maintaining QHSE certifications, ensuring the management of relationships with accredited bodies and the relevant Directorates.
5. Identification of continuous improvement actions for the quality control system through benchmark studies and analyses, with the aim of formalizing and capitalizing, in collaboration with the relevant corporate functions, the acquired know-how, promoting the adoption of identified best practices.
6. Preparation, in coordination with the relevant functions, of the material necessary for the periodic review by the Management.
7. Periodic reporting to the corporate Management and Governance Bodies.
8. Guidance, in collaboration with the relevant functions, for the improvement of corporate processes.
9. Definition of the organizational model for Group Health Management and health emergencies.
10. Guidance in the preparation of QHSE documentation required during the prequalification and project offer development phases, determining, in collaboration with the Proposal Manager and the Bidding Organizational Unit representatives, the potential cost impacts to be included in economic estimates.
11. Participation in events and management of relationships with sector representatives and trade associations, for the purpose of updating and deepening best practices and the highest standards of health and safety protection, quality in line with reference regulations, values, and defined policies.
