The Opportunity: The Property and Inventory Manager position is responsible for maintaining and supporting the SSWB Division's technology workstation life-cycle upgrade and replacement install. Responsibilities included: asset management, inventory control, procurement, surplus disposition, records retention schedule management, emergency response as Critical Personnel, and support functions for various department's needs. This is an Auxiliary funded position. Employment is subject to availability of funding and may cease at the time funding for this employment is depleted. Responsibilities:

Health Assessment Required: The UCF policy requires completion and passing of a physical exam for this position. Special Instructions to the Applicants: Position requires a valid Class E driver's license. This position may involve driving to various locations on and off campus to conduct University business. The selected candidate must become forklift certified within three months of hire. Employer will pay for the certification. Mandatory schedule during Spring, Summer, and Fall Move-in/out. Mandatory overtime before, during, and after department and campus emergencies or when normal campus operations have been suspended as designated by supervisor or a Housing designer.
