The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is expanding its Home Study and Post-Release Services (HSPRS) program for unaccompanied children in the U.S. from six current offices to more than 17 locations nationwide. The HSPRS Program has two primary goals:

Senior Caseworker (HSPRS)
Crisis Case Manager (Level 3) * Provides intensive, trauma-informed case management for unaccompanied children facing significant challenges, such as safety risks, trafficking concerns, or severe mental health needs. * Conducting home studies to assess potential sponsors and ensure a safe placement.
