Overview

Milton CAT is looking for a highly organized process-oriented Administrator / Coordinator to help drive next level training within our organization. If you love process, coordination and having everything in its place, we want to talk with you. This position is responsible for providing administrative and co-ordinational support to ensure efficient operation of the Training department. The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and experience managing clerical responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate: $50,000 - $55,000 per year based on location, education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Update our LMS, confirm attendance, generate certificates of completion.
  • Generate and email training invoices.
  • Print out & distribute pre-class paperwork, handouts/documentation to attendees or other training locations.
  • Coordinate schedules with trainers, service managers and store receptionists.
  • Assist in the creation and maintain records of all training classes.
  • Create, update, and reformat existing parts department procedures
  • Learn all aspects of the parts operations: Warehouse, Counter, Reception (In-store)
  • Work close with parts procedure committee and management group
  • Participate in weekly update meetings reviewing progress and goals for creating digital content (training videos/Instructions)


Qualifications

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years administrative support experience in a fast-paced office setting.
  • Prior experience working in a related industry preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (phone and email communication are frequent in this role).
  • Solid technology skills (Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Learning Management Systems)
  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-starter and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment; perform duties with a sense of urgency.
  • Provide a high level of customer service, with the goal of exceeding customer expectations.
