Genesis10 seeks a Communications/Publications Consultant for a 6-month contract assignment. Candidates can be in Charlotte, NC (550 S. Tryon) or Saint Louis, MO (1 N Jefferson, F&L Buildings). Will work on a hybrid schedule. Compensation: $35.00 - $35.32 per hour, W2. Schedule: Candidates will follow a hybrid work schedule from Monday - Wednesday in the office and Thursday and Friday can be in the office or remote. Key Responsibilities: * Participate in or provide support for low-complexity initiatives within Business Execution. * Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with a narrower impact in Business Execution. * Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. * Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution. Required Qualifications: * Editorial experience managing communications, publications, or reports. * Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred. * Experience routing content for subject matter expert review and approval. * Experience coordinating projects with strong attention to detail. * Technology proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF documents. * Financial experience is not required but experience with investment content is a nice-to-have. * Our client will only consider candidates who have worked in a deadline-driven environment and have examples of managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
