As the Client Relationship Manager you will develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including DSO's. You will also manage and support the implementation process for Strategic Accounts. This role ensures a seamless customer experience by providing pre and post-sale support, managing installations and training, enhance customer engagement, and drive business growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Manage post-sale support, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Oversee project management for initial installations and training, coordinating cross functional teams for seamless execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for distribution project management teams, ensuring smooth coordination and execution.
- Track and document opportunity management in CRM to enable real-time sales forecasting and performance tracking.
- Become proficient in, and identify technical issues related to both software and hardware
- Work with Director of Strategic Accounts and VP of Sales to develop and implement a DSO pre- and post-sale strategy
- Coordinate the dispatch of current staff as needed to support the installed base to ensure the highest level of support. Work cross-functionally with same to develop and improve processes

- Identify efficiencies within existing DSO accounts to assist practices in becoming more profitable; cross-sell/up-sell Planmeca products
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners for scheduling, implementation, and training
- Enhance dealer engagement and collaboration with dealer sales teams focused on the DSO segment.
- When needed, represent the company at key industry events.
- Meets company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures
- Adheres to company policies, procedures and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Training and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication or related field
- Seven years of progressive experience in a sales or product marketing role within the dental industry
- Experience with Dental Special Market sales, preferred
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills
- Extensive knowledge of dental products and equipment, as well as the dental distribution network
- Proven experience in client relationship management, strategic account management, or sales development, preferably in the dental or medical device industry.
- Ability to learn and become proficient in software and hardware solutions, with the capability to identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills
- Robust communication and presentation skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have the ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop and reach, and to manipulate computer, writing, or other instruments to carry out responsibilities of the position.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
The work environment of the position is in a professional office environment (office / remote work from home) with uses of standard office equipment such as computer, phone, and copiers. Travel for meetings, conferences and events out of state may require overnight, weekend and international travel.
