Credit Analyst Intern

This paid student Credit Analyst Internship provides real working experience as a Credit Analyst and through rotations will obtain a strong understanding of various departments throughout the bank. As an intern, you will gain knowledge in credit, loan operations, treasury management, lending, retail banking, SBA and more. In addition, you will be assigned a special project and assignments throughout the internship.

• Learn and develop understanding of credit analysis on all type of commercial loans through on-the job training
• Review financial statements and create financial spreads of varying company size, complexities, and verticals
• Learns to effectively work across the different business lines through effective communication including Lenders, Loan Administration, Loan Servicing
• Develops skill to the understanding and the underwriting of a commercial loan and the cycle of the approval process

Qualifications:

• 
  
  High School Diploma or GED
  
  
• 
  
  Current college student pursuing Finance, Accounting, or another Business Degree
  
  
• Commit to 40 hours per week ( Monday - Friday) for a 10 week summer internship

Skills:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word; basic keyboarding and calculator sills; must be able to perform advanced math and carry out complex instructions
• Lifting in an office setting may be required up to 30lbs.
