We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist (Product/Market Focus) to determine marketing communication objectives, strategies and tactics, and manage the development of creative content for product, market, and sales products. This position acts as the liaison among management, the creative team, key stakeholders, and agency/supplier partners, and oversees the integration of creative direction, content development, and analysis across all marketing channels, ensuring alignment with project directives. The ability to think strategically, develop/manage marketing communications plans, craft compelling marketing messages/themes, and copywrite a variety of short-and long-form content to drive brand awareness is essential. This position will work on-site from KI's Corporate Office in Green Bay.

Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing communications strategies for product launches, line extensions, and market-specific projects identifying objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
• Craft compelling marketing messages to support brand strategy and engage with target audiences. Copywrite a variety of content, including brochures, blog posts, video scripts, web pages, email campaigns and social media posts.
• Oversee the development of creative assets ensuring they meet brand standards and are consistent across all marketing channels; serve as point of contact/producer for photo/video shoots.
• Establish and manage Teams channel and tasks, schedule project meetings, provide regular status reports, and track production schedules to ensure deadlines are met.

What you Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business Marketing, or related field.
• Strong creativity, project management, and copywriting skills are essential.
• Solid working knowledge of all communications channels (website, social media, email marketing, advertising, public relations, events, tradeshows, etc.)
• Familiarity with Adobe CS and understanding of basic layout/design principles.
