JOB SUMMARY:

The primary role of the Inside Sales and Lead Generation Customer Service Representative is to follow up with new and returning leads that are provided, and to establish yourself as a trusted representative of Cash Depot. This includes researching and qualifying prospects and communicating via e-mail and phone.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Identify and pursue sales leads though various channels, including cold calling, networking, databases
  • Research prospective clients, identify key decision makers and generate interest
  • Provide product information to meet client needs
  • Track activity and follow-up dates
  • Close appointments and/or sales
  • Meet and exceed monthly activity and sales quotas
  • Other duties may be assigned



REQUIREMENTS: (Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities)

  • Ability to learn quickly, be aggressive, poised and self-motivated with results orientated mindset
  • Minimum of 2 years inside sales support experience or 1 year of outside sales experience
  • Proven experience in sales, business development
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and be able to think outside the box
  • Proficient in CRM software, Excel, Word for tracking sales activities
  • Ability to work independently, perform under pressure, prioritize workload and meet deadlines

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Required to frequently sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This job operates in a professional office environment as requires to be in office Monday through Friday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, etc.

This is a full-time day position. Days are Monday through Friday, and hours will have a start time of 7:00 am but the standard is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
