SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES

It is the responsibility of the Executive Assistant to take ownership of all tasks and challenges that they encounter in the operation of their assigned position. To perform a wide variety of administrative and staff support services to the Regional President providing fast, friendly, and accurate service to management, vendors, customers, and other bank personnel.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Perform a wide variety of administrative and staff support services for the Upstate Region.
  • Must be able to multi-task and support multiple Executive/Senior Managers.
  • May assist in budget preparation and control activities.
  • May assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding personnel changes, etc.
  • Administers programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the region and banking group.
  • May serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities, and operations.
  • Processes Department's invoices and properly codes to the account for which they belong.
  • Accepts other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Experience: A minimum of 5-years previous administrative experience is preferred.
  • Certifications/Specific Knowledge: Good interpersonal skills; Interacts well with employees and customers; Good computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel; Attention to detail; Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES

Required annual compliance training, New Employee Orientation

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is in a cubicle environment that may be loud throughout the day.

TRAVEL

Travel may be required to come to meetings as needed.
