What The Role Is As an HOA Services Account Sales Officer, you will be accountable for the implementation and delivery of new and incremental business for HOA clients. This will include detailed scoping of client requirements, consulting with clients while providing support on onboarding activities such as project plan, documentation and post-implementation activities. Ability to prospect for new associations/property management company and manage the client onboarding cycle time effectively while delivering strong client satisfaction results, are key elements for candidate evaluation. The candidate will also be responsible for all post implementation customer support for HOA clients. How You will Make an Impact

Education
Bachelors of Finance (required)
Experience
Minimum of 2 or more years of relevant experience in Banking or working directly with associations and/or property management companies required.
Ability to be flexible while following tight deadlines. Ability to organize and prioritize work while working remotely or with a virtual office Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English (multilingual: plus+) Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
