Project Coordinator

Starting Salary Range: $105,000 - $115,000 position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead small to medium-sized projects from planning to execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Facilitate team meetings, track project progress, and proactively address roadblocks.
• Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage project workflows.
• Maintain project documentation, communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain spreadsheets to capture project forecasts and actuals on a task-by-task basis.
• Utilize Microsoft Project to support project planning and execution.

What we are looking for...

• Strong quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze project financials and forecasts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, Jira, Confluence and other project management tools.
• Project Management Certification or equivalent experience leading projects.
• Experience managing IT projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
