The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $X-Y at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This is What You Will do in This Role:

  • Collaborate with global Solution Development and Costing Team collaborators to define requirements for tool enhancements, performance improvements, and bug fixes.
  • Independently investigate and analyze reported bugs and anomalies to resolve root causes and solutions.
  • Act as a main contact for collaborators, sharing updates on work-in-progress and upcoming development plans.
  • Find opportunities for improvement and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in UI/UX, performance, and stability improvements noticed during testing.

What We are Looking For:

  • Experience in the supply chain industry, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the agile software development process and software development techniques.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and detail complex bugs and errors with precision and transparency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Proven track record to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to test, troubleshoot, and validate software applications.
  • Experience working with JIRA or other software development and teamwork tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Support team goal of completing 70% of sprint story points.
  • Triage reported Quoting category bugs in less than a week. Triage incidents in less than 24 hrs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with colleagues from a diverse set of backgrounds.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and perform well in fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Equivalent work experience may be considered in place of one of the listed degrees.
