Provides written/oral legal advice to Staffing Services departments and field operations in areas such as compliance, contracts, collections and litigation in order to reduce potential legal liabilities andassists field management/staff to close contracts. Works under general direction. What you'll be doing
Law Degree (J.D.) and license to practice law in any state.Plus, a minimum of four years experience as a lawyer in a corporate environment required. Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
