Job Description
General Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating grants for the environmental service line with an emphasis on the Brownfields program. This may include grant writing, supporting offices with grant applications, community outreach, social media support, requests for proposal responses, and conference planning and attendance.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with project personnel and serve as a resource where needed with the preparation, review, compilation and writing of grant proposals.
  • Prepares grant applications including conducting research regarding supporting demographic, general history, and project specific information; compiles such information into the applicable narrative documents for submittal to the appropriate funding agency.
  • Responsible for grant application submittals, corresponding workspace creation, and required forms.
  • Responsible for coordination with multiple offices and assistance in meeting deadlines and deliverables associated with grant application deliverables.
  • Prepare training materials and provide training for project personnel in support of grant writing projects.
  • Assists with the identification and coordination of clients, including attending general marketing meetings, and provides support in the preparation of company qualifications submittals.
  • Prepare Community Involvement Plans, Project Work Plans, and Progress Reports as required by funding agencies.
  • Attend and present at community meetings to promote awareness in support of grants and projects.
  • Develop social media announcements (constant contact, LinkedIn, publications).
  • Assists with Conference planning and presentations, and attends conferences as needed.
  • Provide support as requested on environmental projects as assigned.
  • Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management.
  • Maintain quality standards on all projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' related experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.

The national standard salary range for this position is $62700-$97200. The base range may be adjusted based on the specific location of the applicant. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
