Minimum Education Master's Degree/equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field. Minimum Experience Five (5) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Superior knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact based data analysis. Expert communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring and solving skills. Superior executive presence, human relations, networking and influencing skills. Strong project management and project management leadership experience. Preferred Qualifications: Extensive experience with SQL/other data query languages, incl complex queries/optimization. Superior knowledge of LTL competitive, market and economic factors affecting performance and ability to perform fact-based data analysis. Expert comms and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring and solving skills. Strong project management. Strong SQL, AI, data mining and acquisition. Expertise in business intelligence reporting tools for advanced data analysis and visualization for LTL. Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $7,094.23-$12,533.14/month. Colorado: $7,094.23-$12,010.93/month. New York: $7,488.36-$12,533.14/month. New York City: $9,064.85-$12,533.14/month. Memphis, TN: $7,488.36-$9,922.07/month. Harrison, AR: $7,094.23-$9,399.85/month. Additional Details: Position will be remote excluding AK, HI and US territories with desired locations in Memphis, TN, or Harrison, AR.
