The HR Generalist will support and partner with our HR Business Partner team. The incumbent in this role must have critical thinking skills with exceptional organizational and conflict management skills. This position will provide both administrative and day-to-day support to Revo and i-Health clients. The Generalist will also provide support with HR projects, investigations and employee relations matters while serving as a resource to managers and employees. Full-time, Monday-Friday working a minimum of 3 days on-site at our Bloomington, MN Corporate Office (or at one of our client sites). Revo Health is a professional services company that partners with multiple healthcare groups to deliver exceptional patient care. This position will be employed through Revo Health, working closely with Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) and its operating divisions.
Essential Functions:
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters, with a focus on employee relations and conflict management Provide day to day performance management guidance to managers (e.g. coaching, counseling, career development, etc.)
- Provide support to managers and employees regarding Company policies, Core Values, including interpretation of HR policies and procedures
- Lead or participate in HR projects to enhance the employee experience and support organizational goals
- Support employee engagement initiatives and programs
- Assist the HR Business Partner team with HR-related investigations
- Assist with maintaining HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and recommended best practices
- Understanding of U.S. employment and labor laws along with human resources practices across the employment lifecycle
- Any and all other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- 2+ years of human resources experience
- Strong working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, employee relations, diversity, talent management, performance management, federal and state employment laws.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills

- Work in the clinic, office, or surgery center during business hours
- Travel independently throughout the clinic, office, or surgery center (which may include movement from floor to floor); frequent bending, lifting, standing, stooping, or sitting for long periods may be required.
- Work at an efficient and productive pace, handle interruptions appropriately, and meet deadlines.
- Communicate and interact respectfully and professionally.
- Prioritize workload while being flexible to meet the expectations of the daily operations.

- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Travel to other work locations, if required
