Primary Duties and Responsibilities: The Financial Aid Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist is responsible for reviewing financial aid documentation to ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies and regulations. This position plays a key role in assisting the Financial Aid Compliance Officer by conducting quality assurance audits, preparing compliance reports, and identifying areas for improvement in financial aid operations. The QA Specialist will focus on reviewing financial aid processes and ensuring accurate, timely documentation, contributing to the overall compliance strategy within the financial aid office. Working Conditions: Hybrid Remote Eligible: Yes Hiring Range: 9 Salary/Starting salary $54,604 based on experience. Competitive starting pay is dependent on education and experience.
