The Sr. Lead Project Manager is a pivotal role within the newly formed Go To Market (GTM) & Customer Migration team, reporting directly to the VP of GTM & Customer Migration. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing large-scale, complex projects that are critical to the success of Lumen's GTM strategies and customer migration initiatives. The Sr. Lead Project Manager will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales and Marketing to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope while meeting the strategic objectives of the organization. What We Look For in a Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial strategy, enterprise product management, product marketing, and sales enablement. Minimum: Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of related project management experience. Preferred: Technology or telecommunications experience a plus, 10+ years of project management experience, Master's Degree, experience leading multiple complex projects in the technology industry, and certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or PMI-ACP.
