Job Summary

As a CNC Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and optimization of our CNC machinery and equipment. Your role is critical in ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC maintenance, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Job Responsibilities

* Perform regular maintenance and inspections on CNC machines, including preventive and corrective maintenance.

* Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues with CNC equipment.

* Repair and replace faulty components, including motors, sensors, and controllers.

* Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs for all CNC equipment.

* Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize machine performance.

* Assist with machine installations, upgrades, and modifications as needed.

* Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies during maintenance activities.

* Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CNC technology.

Job Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.

* 3+ years of experience with CNC maintenance, with a solid understanding of CNC machines, controls, and programming.

* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

* Fluent in English language, both written and spoken

* Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

* Familiarity with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and other relevant systems.

* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

* Willingness to work flexible hours or on-call shifts as needed.

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is between $32.00 - $35.00 per hour.
