The Senior Manager, Data and Analytics Delivery will lead a team of Data Engineers, Data Architects, BI developers and analysts. This role focuses on the execution of data and analytics projects and solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of solutions that drive value and efficiency throughout the organization. This leader will maintain a critical relationship between the business, IT and Data & Analytics to ensure a partnership of collaboration and transparency to enable the organization.

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid onsite three days per week)

What You Will Do

* Leadership and [1] Principle Based Management: Lead, mentor, develop and manage a team of data and analytics professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture via servant leadership and transparency. Provide leadership and guidance in our [2] Principle Based Management culture. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
* Project Management: Oversee the execution of multiple data and BI projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and on budget. Oversee multiple projects related to data, analytics and BI, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, within budget while adherening to quality standards . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions. Excellent communication skills, with ability to work closely with business and technology partners, portfolio and demand management, data architecture and across data and analytics teams to understand their data needs.
* Agile Practices: Implement and promote agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and responsiveness to changing business needs.
* Data Governance: Ensure adherence to data governance, security and quality standards across all projects.
* Resource Allocation: Assist in the planning and allocation of resources to optimize project delivery and team efficiency.
* Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Understand and represent the data and analytics strategy and delivery team in meetings.
* Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners to supplement internal capabilities as needed.
* Risk Management and FinOps: Identify potential operational and financial risks. Oversee stability and reliability of the data platform. Use Economic Thinking to refine our FinOps point-of-view and reporting metrics to ensure constant analysis and response to cost drivers and efficiency.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* Excellent leadership, team management and mentorship skills is required. Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
* Strong decision-making skills with a focus on empowering others and promoting a culture of accountability, dependability and teamwork.
* Experience in project delivery and/or team management, preferably with a focus on data and analytics.
* Understanding of data management, data governance, security, and quality best practices.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and vendors.
* Adept at networking and leveraging relationships to achieve business objectives and enhance collaboration.
* Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate and mediate complex interpersonal dynamics.
* Skilled in managing and implementing large, enterprise-level initiatives leveraging change management best practices to ensure alignment, smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

What Will Put You Ahead

* Creative problem-solving skills.
* Experience working in Agile environments and delivering projects using Agile methodologies is preferred.
* Familiarity with data and analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI).
* Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a Master's degree preferred.
