What you'll be doing...As the Director of Experiential & Segment Marketing, you will lead a team that defines the growth strategies for our key post-paid consumer Segments and our VCG Experiential & Grassroots marketing channels. You will utilize data on business performance, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to develop and implement new value propositions, local promotions, marketing collateral, and experiential tactics. You will direct agency and internal resources to evolve our activation strategy, curate our portfolio of messaging and experiential collateral, and enable the broader field marketing teams with assets to execute upon our portfolio of partners and events. If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $147,000.00 and $272,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. |
