Description Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI is current seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The role will be responsible for assisting with low-income, tax credit housing, section 8 and section 42 apartment buildings serving multiple locations in Madison. The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property (HUD projects or assigned LSS owned or managed apartment rental programs), ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining positive tenant relations, and assisting with financial and administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, customer service abilities, and attention to detail to support the overall success of the property. Property Operations & Maintenance: Coordinate and follow up on maintenance and repair requests to ensure timely resolution.
