JOB SUMMARY: The HR System Optimization Intern will support the HR Tech SysOps team in optimizing and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring its functionality aligns with business needs. This role will involve module audits, data integrity checks, and process improvements. The intern will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to streamline workflows, provide system support, and contribute to ongoing HR technology projects specific to SAP SuccessFactors. This position offers hands-on experience in HR systems, enterprise technology, and process automation, providing exposure to real-world HRIS challenges and solutions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
