Candidate Experience Specialist

Description

Acara Solutions is seeking a Candidate Experience Specialist to work with our client headquartered in Boston, MA.

Pay: $28.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm (30 minute lunch)

Location: Remote

Job Type: 3-6 month contract assignment (depending on business needs)

- Schedule candidates for various types of interviews including phone, video and onsite using our scheduling software GoodTime

- Provide virtual tours and ensure an experience reflective of Toast's culture and values

- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure candidates needs are met during the duration of the interview process

- Support special side projects related to the recruiting process

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

- One year of professional experience, preferably in a coordinator capacity

- Energetic, enthusiastic, and extremely organized

- Knowledge of recruiting tools and systems (Greenhouse, GoodTime), g-suite experience is a plus

- Able to effectively prioritize tasks

- Excel in a fast paced, sometimes ambiguous environment

- Ability to identify problems and use current procedures to problem solve
