Senior Consultant-Business Analysis & Planning and Microsoft Azure IoT

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Consultant with 9 to 12 years of experience in Business Analysis & Planning and Microsoft Azure IoT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Banking and Investment Banking & Brokerage. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a day shift without the need for travel.

JD as below:

Lead the analysis and planning of business requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Oversee the implementation of Microsoft Azure IoT solutions to enhance operational efficiency. - Provide expert guidance on Investment Banking Operations and Investment Banking & Brokerage processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects by managing timelines and resources effectively. - Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement. - Develop comprehensive documentation and reports to support decision-making processes. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress. - Utilize advanced analytical tools to interpret data and generate actionable insights. - Support the development and maintenance of business continuity plans. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. - Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business operations

• The annual salary for this position is between $111K - $131K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
  This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
