Your schedule:
- Non-floating schedule: will NOT rotate between days and nights
- Train on the 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM; after training is completed you will work the night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Work 2-2-3 schedule: You will work 2 days, then get 2 rest days, followed by 3 days of work, and get every other weekend off.
What you'll do:
- All aspects of daily custodial maintenance for the facility: vacuum, mop, clean bathrooms, empty trash, recycle, etc., for the office and production areas.
- Exterior facility maintenance.
- As directed by their Supervisor, provide support to Mechanics, Operators, & other staff.
- Follow all defined/implied safety policies, procedures, & applicable Job Safety Analyses. Be an active participate in the Plant's efforts to achieve and maintain zero injuries & near misses.
- Adhere to the established Good Manufacturing & sanitation principles.
- Abide by the Plant's Work Rules, Policies and Procedures.
- Maintain neat and orderly work stations employing the 5S principles.
- Participate in & support in the Plant's Continuous Improvement efforts.
- Perform all other custodial & building maintenance duties as assigned.
We need you to have:
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing work experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
