We are currently seeking a Senior Process Analyst to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas (US-AR), United States (US).

The Senior Business Process Analyst will be responsible for business process modelling and improvement deliverables in a highly regulated government environment. This person will need to understand the workings of organization wide processes and work with various divisions, functions, and process owners to document, improve, and report on process performance.

Job Responsibilities Include:
* Gathers and analyses information from a variety of sources (SMEs, documentation, and technical) to create business process models and improvement plans.
* Facilitate workshops, interviews, and other activities to gather and illustrate information into Visio process models as well as additional supporting artifacts as outlined in each project's scope.
* Serve as a process improvement subject matter expert and trusted consultant.
* Establish timelines and report regularly on progress, obstacles, and implementation of process changes.
* Interface with state business users and vendors
* Analyze technical, business and user needs, developing requirements documentation
* Identify and report project issues and risks
* Research and provide recommendations to the client on business problems/decisions
* Collaborate with team members to provide subject matter expertise and assistance
* Ensure project identified processes and methodologies are executed and followed
* Develop and present formal presentations to business leaders, vendors, and team members, making applicable recommendations
* Participate and/or lead in the creation of presentations and other materials for end user training

Required Qualifications:
* Minimum 6 years of experience of Process or Business Analysis experience
* Undergraduate degree or 4 years additional relevant experience
* Minimum 3 years / Advanced skills with MS Visio and MS Office suite of products.

Preferred Skills:
* Six Sigma, Lean, or a comparable process improvement certification.
* Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Prosci Change Management Certification, or a comparable change management certification.
* PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), or a comparable business analyst certification
* Project Management Professional (PMP) or other comparable project management certification.
* Human Services, Healthcare, Government, or other highly regulated environment experience.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $89,625- $120,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
