Regions Hospital/RHSC is looking for a Supervisor of Training Program Administration. If you're super-organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter who has the ability to work independently and is looking for a great opportunity Regions Hospital/RHSC. The Supervisor of Training Program Administration leads team members to support program coordination for students, residents and fellows, systems access, and payroll. This colleague is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and fostering a culture of continuous development of team members to support trainee recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and graduation. This role works in partnership with Office of Health Professional Education leaders, education program leaders and coordinators, clinical departments, Human Resources, Information security & Technology and partner training programs. The Supervisor, Training Program Administration is responsible for:
Work schedule: FTE: 1.0 (40 hrs. weekly) Day Shift Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or applicable experience to equal 6 years. Experience: Five or more years in medical, recruitment or administrative area. Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: None Preferred Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience supporting graduate health professional education and/or operations preferred. Previous leadership experience preferred.
