Position Overview The Senior Endpoint Engineer requires strong technical, mentorship, and customer service skills. This role will participate in and/or lead initiatives and projects, meet deadlines, and deliver quality results. Additionally, this position will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and administration of end-user workstations (Windows and Mac) and work with other technical resources to improve existing processes and find innovative solutions using new technologies. The Senior Endpoint Engineer will document process, procedures, and provide guidance on creating end-user friendly documentation/communication with focus on user experience. Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Administer and support end user device management systems including Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune and JAMF.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of Desktop/Client configuration changes, Active Directory support, Microsoft Entra and Microsoft Intune.
- Maintain inventory of computing equipment and applications.
- Manage and maintain conference room technology standards.
- Manage and maintain corporate printer standards and support process.
- Manage and maintain corporate mobility accounts and support process.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams, including IT security, networking, and help desk teams.
- Create detailed technical documentation and train junior engineers or IT support teams. Work with team members to maintain and document new and update old standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base articles for the Service Desk.
- Research and recommend new technologies that fit within our structured environments to support business requirements and enhance the service catalog.
- Provide expertise and support for incidents and problems impacting end user systems, escalating to the infrastructure or vendor resource, as needed.
- Participate in IT and cross-functional team projects as a key resource for deploying, maintaining, and upgrading end user devices.
- Llead large scale projects with minimal supervision from start to finish.
- Assist the Endpoint Engineer position, as needed, with incidents and fulfillment tasks including workstation imaging and equipment deployment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain open communication with internal employees, managers, and customers.

- Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 80% of a typical working day.
- Ability and means to travel between local Exact Sciences locations.
- Ability to travel 10% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- 4+ years of IT Endpoint Management experience or related role administering/managing SCCM or Microsoft Intune to deploy Windows 10 and 11 and other applications, deployment support, and ongoing maintenance of the Windows as a Service model.
- 4+ years of experience packaging and deploying applications in an Enterprise environment, SCCM or Microsoft Intune.
- 4+ years of experience 3rd vulnerability patch management
- 4+ years of experience troubleshooting technical issues.
- 2+ years of experience working with desktop clients and services such as Windows Active Directory architecture, authentication, Group Policies, DHCP, and DNS.
- 2+ years of experience Administering Mac OSX, SCCM, JAMF, or similar training and certification.
- 2+ years of experience administering print server environment (Secure Printing or similar).
- 2+ years of experience administering corporate mobile account management
- 1+ years of experience supporting MDM, EMM, or other mobile device management technologies.
- 1+ year of experience working in a mid- to large-scale environment with at least 5,000 workstations.
- Excellent technical knowledge of workstation and desktop hardware and software.
- Demonstrated ability to script with PowerShell and automate tasks with GPO/SCCM.
- Demonstrated ability to follow written guidelines and adhere to SOPs; ability to clearly document actions taken.
- Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: ITIL v4, MCITP, MTA: IT Infrastructure or Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator, JAMF certified
- 4+ years of experience managing and designing Conference Room (Microsoft Team Rooms)
- Experience in healthcare or biotechnology.
- Experience and understanding of special needs in a regulated healthcare environment including SOPs.
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and prioritize multiple workstreams while updating customers, management, and team members.

Salary Range: $97,000.00 - $155,000.00
The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - CA - Redwood City on a full-time basis and may differ by hiring location. In addition, this position is bonus eligible, and is eligible to be considered for company stock at hire and on an annual basis.
