Position Overview The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for executing a portfolio of projects supporting product strategy. This position is responsible for project definition including gathering technical product and customer requirements, synthesis of voice of customer research and market opportunity assessment, and contributing to building a compelling business case. The Senior Product Manager will work in a product development or lifecycle management core team, identifying key subject matter experts across the organization to deliver on project milestones. This role collaborates with a broad range of functions including Research & Development (R&D), Clinical, Information Technology (IT), Operations, Laboratory Operations, Program Management, Commercial, Finance, Regulatory, and Legal. The Senior Product Manager is the face of the project representing the Screening business unit, collaborating with and influencing varying levels of internal subject matter experts. This position requires a strong team-focused approach and giving high-visibility presentations to drive progress to key milestones and alignment across the organization. Strong business acumen and customer focus are essential to the success of this role, as well as the ability to distill complex information from multiple sources into clear and actionable tactics. This is a hybrid position and can be based out of our Madison, WI or San Diego, CA office location. Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following:

Salary Range: $129,000.00 - $208,000.00The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis and may differ by hiring location. In addition, this position is bonus eligible, and is eligible to be considered for company stock at hire and on an annual basis.
