Job Description:

AriensCo is on the hunt for a self-starting, motivated Engineering Intern for Summer 2025 at our Fayetteville, TN location! This is the perfect opportunity to enhance your education with practical, hands-on experience and prepare you for your future.

THE DAY TO DAY...

* Responsible and accountable for on-going production support of all manufacturing processes
* Support, Recommend, and research all facets of the assigned manufacturing processes
* Evaluate flow and update plant layouts to better facilitate flow
* Support Quality Improvements

YOU WILL GAIN EXPERIENCE WITH...

* Final assembly processes
* Flow of raw materials coming in to finished product
* Project management tools and methodologies
* AS400 for Manufacturing process routings
* Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint project planning tools
* Standard cost structure and activities such as time studies

YOU WILL BE EXPOSED TO...

* Auto Cad- for plant layouts and product flow
* Miller Panasonic robotic weld cells
* Auto guided vehicles
* Fiber optic laser technology
* Lean manufacturing principles
* Fabrication processes including welding, press brake, laser, punch press, machining centers, large presses, powder paint systems and more

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

* Must be enrolled as a student at an accredited university studying toward a degree in Operations, Engineering or similar program of study
* Must have and maintain a minimum G.P.A. of 3.0/4.0
* Auto-CAD experience
* Possess a thorough understanding of manufacturing discipline
* Demonstrated project management experience
* Hands-on problem solving
