Line Cook - Eagle's Nest

The picturesque Eagle's Nest located above downtown Ketchikan is seeking a talented Line Cook. The Line Cook will provide excellent customer service skills and be able to work quickly and accurately, handling multiple tasks at once while creating dishes that customers love.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Prepare station with ingredients and required kitchen equipment.
• Prep ingredients and cook using a variety of utensils and cooktops.
• Track stock of items and alert supervisor when restock is needed.
• Maintain a clean work environment always keeping workspace clean and organized.
• Help keep up with dishes and cleaning when needed.
• Follow food safety guidelines
