Executive Education Job DescriptionWho We're Looking For: A dynamic and energetic individual who is detail oriented and able to work tactically with a sense of urgency. This role supports program creation and facilitation through system administration of Moodle Workplace for all non-degree programming, and applies adult learning theory and analyzes data to improve program offerings. This role acts as program support; coordinating logistics, developing and publishing program support materials, managing invoicing as needed, and contributing to collaborative process improvement. Job Summary Primary responsibility for the system administration of Moodle Workplace for all Executive Education non-degree programming. Acts as a technical resource in support of the multiple platforms used in operating the department. Manages all phases of the learner and faculty experience that intersects with technology. Analyzes program and participant data to make program enhancements. Provides facilitation, administrative, content design and adult learning principles in support of programming. Take appropriate actions to support a diverse workforce and participate in the College's efforts to create a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming work environment.
