Responsibilities & Expectations: The Lead Breaker Conversion Technician will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and productivity within the conversion team, ensuring that breaker conversions, switchgear modifications, and other short-duration (8-32 hours) projects are organized, executed, and completed on schedule. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to mentor and develop team members. The Lead Conversion Technician will also play a pivotal role in the growth of the department by aligning processes with project timelines, optimizing workflow, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
