Our practice is seeking a highly qualified Architect with solid experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Mobile, Windows Mobile, iOS, and Android. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a day shift. The candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our technology strategy and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions. Location: Basking Ridge, NJ (hybrid)

Responsibilities:

* Lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture solutions that align with business goals and objectives.

* Oversee the development and integration of mobile applications across various platforms including Windows Mobile, iOS, and Android.

* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure best practices and high-quality deliverables.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

* Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of enterprise systems and mobile applications.

* Conduct regular reviews of architecture and design to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the organization.

* Develop and maintain architecture documentation, standards, and guidelines.

* Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.

* Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

* Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to enhance the development lifecycle.

* Support the sales development team by providing technical expertise and insights during client engagements.

* Contribute to the overall technology strategy and roadmap of the organization.

Qualifications:

* Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture, Mobile, Windows Mobile, iOS, and Android.

* Should have a strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.

* Ability to work in fast paced, R&D, demanding and dynamically changing environment

* Experience in sales development domain is a plus.

* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model

The annual salary for this position is between $113,000 - $195,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
