Lead Provider Systems Support

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a Full-time remote Lead Provider Systems Support at TriWest Healthcare Alliance.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage a team assisting providers in adopting and utilizing CareAffiliate and Availity systems

• Oversee resolution of provider portal service tickets and education efforts

• Enhance provider satisfaction through proactive feedback incorporation

• Monitor system performance and identify training needs

• Hire, train, coach, and motivate team members

• Ensure compliance with internal protocols for provider response and escalation

• Lead staff meetings and address issues requiring supervisory intervention

• Coordinate staffing using Workforce Management systems

• Collaborate with product vendors on tool features and improvements

• Provide operational oversight and perform staff duties when needed

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• U.S. Citizenship

• Ability to obtain favorable DoD background investigation (interim and final)

• 3+ years of provider systems support and education experience

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience (e.g., project or vendor management)

• Preferred: College education or equivalent

• Preferred: Knowledge of CareAffiliate and Availity platforms, and referral/authorization processes
