"I can succeed as a SS&O Senior Coordinator at Capital Group." As a Site Services and Operations (SS&O) Senior Facilities Coordinator, you will ensure the site is functional, clean and safe, providing site leadership to a team managing operations specific to facilities. You are first in line to respond to all alerts and alarms on MEP, leak detection, HVAC, etc. You'll conduct regular site walks to inspect and assess all floors, ensuring mechanical and aesthetic standards are maintained. You manage the PM & R&M schedules, projects and all MEP & interior finishes vendors. You assist our Events team in maintaining pantry equipment in partnership with our in-house Catering vendor. RFP, RFI, budget management experience required. Manage Op Ex budget lines and 5 Year Cap Ex creation based on our current real estate strategies.You leverage passion for technical know-how, cross team & cross site collaboration. You are a key stake holder to our Global Engineering Team supporting the DTLA office.You serve as back up to the Operations Manager, providing timely updates, work progress, recommendations and feedback, steering operational and facilities excellence.
