Mission:The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for assuring the safe, efficient, and timely completion of all warehousing functions within the Distribution Center. This position leads the hourly work force and has the responsibility to ensure timely execution of vital warehouse functions to meet all aftermarket customer demands. Oversees the work performed in the DC warehouse as well as various functions in support of the distribution center. Must be able to recognize interruptions to normal material flow and react quickly. Must have strong organizational and communication skills. As needed, act as Safety Coordinator and Emergency Evacuation Leader. Responsibilities:

To be effective in this position, the Warehouse Supervisor should be a trainer and coach. If an employee doesn't perform properly, it is the incumbent's responsibility to try and help the employee resolve the problem and succeed in the job assigned. The Warehouse Supervisor needs to demonstrate commitment and a sense of urgency to continually improve the performance and service level of the distribution center. Responsible for meeting the objectives of our ISO programs. When there are any questions regarding these programs they shall be directed to your supervisor/manager or the facility ISO representative. Supervisors and managers are responsible for communicating policy and objectives of ISO programs to their employees.
