We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Management Administrator in our new Orlando office location. This individual will be reporting directly to the Vice President, Property Management. The Property Management Administrator will provide the highest level of customer service to the tenants and vendors, maintain the appearance of assigned properties, assist with the operating costs and capital expenditures. They will also be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and support-related tasks. The Property Management Administrator will be a highly resourceful team player, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient. The individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
