Job Details The successful candidate for this 1.0 FTE position will possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, thrive in a team, and use technology to enhance online learning. The position requires participating in simulation and online student education, collaborating with interprofessional education efforts, overseeing student compliance on our platform (EXXAT), coordinating student schedules, assisting with the admissions process including application review and interviews, and evaluating and communicating student progress. The successful candidate will possess a strong commitment and scholarly approach to the educational mission including through ongoing improvement in pedagogy and teaching methods.Job Description Qualifications: Qualified candidates will be graduates of a midwifery education program accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education, certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board, and hold a graduate degree in midwifery or a related discipline. Candidates must be credentialed as a midwife, with full scope privileges, hold current certification by the American Midwifery Certification Board and state licensure as a midwife in either Pennsylvania or NJ.
