The Inside Sales Representative is primarily responsible for customer relationships and commercial transactions. The ISR employs a dynamic blend of communication skills, empathy, and sales acumen engaging with customers via phone, email, or online platforms. They possess a deep understanding of the products, guiding potential and existing customers through inquiries, concerns, and commercial transactions. Beyond simply facilitating transactions, they forge lasting relationships by actively listening to customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring satisfaction. Their role extends beyond sales; they act as problem solvers, brand ambassadors, and often, the voice of the customer within the organization. Essential Duties:
