The senior operations manager will lead a group of operation and department managers to ensure all operational targets are met while continually adjusting and adapting to the changing job priorities. Balancing workloads between all warehouse departments is necessary in maximizing workflow. In order to meet customer commitments and deadlines, establishing building goals are important. This position leads with a forward vision that involves strategic planning, problem solving skills and making decisions based on data and experience. In partnership with the director, preparation for the multiple business cycles throughout the year is a primary responsibility. This is a growth role allowing the senior operations manager to lead the facility when the director is not onsite. The senior operations manager must support our core values and foster a positive culture of growth of all employees. Focusing on the development of managers, including succession planning is critical. The ability to work with a diversified workforce and maintain constant open communication on all policies and procedures is essential. Pay: Annual salary of $100,000 - $125,000 (based on experience) + annual bonus potential Duties include but are not limited to:
