JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for establishing and maintaining the Injection Molding process in a fast-paced medical manufacturing environment.
* Working independently on processes and troubleshooting current production issues relating to molded part quality.
* Monitoring and reporting issues with the injection molding process; responsible for completing daily standard work to maintain current processing and quality.
* Documenting new and existing processes;
* Perform DOE and establish new processing windows for plastic parts.
* Provide technical communication to other process technicians, operators, and other molding personnel.
* Maintain process documentation to ensure that parts meet company and part print expectations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* High school diploma or GED
* 3+ years of experience operating injection molding process equipment
* Formal education, regular seminar attendance, or RJG Master Molder I Certification or Associate Degree in a related injection molding technical preferred
