THE JOB: Carbone Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our Food & Beverage team as Bus Person! As a Bus Person, your primary responsibility will be to uphold the highest cleanliness and organizational standards throughout the restaurant. This includes maintaining the dining room, storerooms, food pick-up areas, and beverage stations, ensuring they are consistently clean, well-stocked, and ready for service.
