THE JOB: As an Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you will manage all operations for assigned areas within Housekeeping. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Oversee housekeeping operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Assist in developing new processes and technologies to enhance efficiency. Train and mentor housekeeping staff, fostering a positive and team-oriented environment. Manage schedules, staffing levels, and succession planning to ensure smooth operations. Uphold company policies, legal requirements, and union agreements. Support and coach Housekeeping Floor Managers to help them grow in their roles. Ensure all rooms meet quality assurance and sanitation standards through daily inspections. Work closely with other departments to maintain a collaborative work environment. Provide a high level of service when engaging with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience related field, or equivalent experience. 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience relevant experience. Is 21 years or older. Has leadership experience in a housekeeping or hospitality setting (hotel, resort, casino, or similar). Has experience working with unionized teams. Is proficient in Microsoft Office. Has hands-on experience with hotel housekeeping software systems.
