The opportunity Do you have a passion for understanding how people think and behave? On the Design Research & Strategy team, our mission is to lay a user-centered and data-driven foundation for Adobe product design and development. We are seeking someone who can combine measuring quality of user experiences with operational excellence to evaluate and measure overall quality of high impact products and projects. What you'll do
- Under the mentorship of researchers and operations leads, you will measure user experience quality throughout the product development cycle.
- This role will be building out processes to support and run quick studies on a regular cadence, including recruiting participants and synthesizing data into organizational learnings.
- We are looking for someone who can use data visualizations surface practical insights and communicate those findings.
- You will learn about different roles across product teams, explore how to measure results supporting a variety of key business goals, build operational efficiency, and collaborate on innovative ways to integrate insights into valuable learnings.
What you'll bring to the team
- Currently enrolled in a General Assembly Immersive through Adobe's Digital Academy program
- Enthusiasm to learn and apply a variety of evaluative research methods
- Attention to detail and operational insights to develop processes independently
- Able to produce research reports, data visualizations, highlight reels, and other methods for sharing insights
- Highly collaborative with other researchers and cross-functional partners (Design, Product Management, Engineering)
- A drive for growth and learning with a keen curiosity about people and how they think
- Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $38.00 -- $51.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
