DCS Corp has an exciting potential opportunity supporting NAVAIR by providing BFM support for obtaining budget information, execution tracking, and the generation and tracking of financial documents using various Navy and DoD electronic data systems such as Navy Enterprise Resources Program (N-ERP), SharePoint, Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT), current work planning tools, and Integrated Data Environments (IDE). Essential Job Functions: Supports PMA leadership in the coordination, upgrade, and submission of the Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Program Review, issue sheets, budget drills, and reclamas; coordinates inputs and ensures that data provided is in an acceptable format. Maintains, consolidates, and organizes databases of budgetary status information based on information provided through N-ERP and the Program Budget Information System (PBIS). Performs budget execution including tracking status of obligations and expenditures in detail by year, appropriation, and program for financial reconciliation for all funds. Develops and updates spreadsheets and financial status briefs and presentations. Maintains financial chart templates and input for briefings in support of mid-year reviews, budget execution reviews, spend plan reviews, and various other program briefings. Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Associate's degree plus 14 years relevant work experience, Bachelor's degree plus 12 years relevant work experience, or a MA/MS degree with more than 10 years of experience performing primary responsibilities. Active Secret Security Clearance. At least 3 years of experience performing financial analysis in a DoD weapons program office. Experience executing funds in Navy ERP, providing execution analysis, and executing spend plans in accordance with financial benchmarks. Working experience with CSPT and PMT tools Little, if any, travel is required. Desired Skills: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses computers and other standard office equipment. Pay Range and Benefits: There are a variety of factors that can influence salary at DCS Corp, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
